moorish braised lamb tagine
The traditional Moroccan/Tunisian tagine is a dish slow cooked in the special ‘tagine’ pot over 9 hours. Mixed with lamb and a variety of north african spices to make a sensational experience.
Cauliflower brought to the brink of a crisp & seasoned with roasted almonds & spicy fetta cheese, this dish is one of our crowd favourites. Served with Cauliflower Turmeric Puree, this is a plate you never thought you needed till you have tried it.

This a meat-lovers fantasy with 3 different types of meat positioned over a bed of soaked couscous. Known as the ‘Royale’, historically this dish was reserved only for royal families at the time, due to the extreme price to have mutiple sources of meat in one dish.
With lamb braised over 10 hours, Kofta made from Molokhia (Jute) Leaves & spices and chargrilled chicken marinated with Lemon Jus & Moorish flavours then steamed and served with sultanas for a pinch of the sweet over a mouthwatering experience finalised with some tahini yoghurt.
